Football in Israel: Bnei Sakhnin, the Champions of the Union
18th May 2004. The Israel soccer cup is won by the team of Sakhnin, a little town in Galilee with an Arab majority. It is an unprecedented victory, the significance of which reaches far beyond sport. First, because this is the first time an Arab town is a champion in Israel.

Freedom Theatre
The activities of the Freedom Theatre allow the children and adolescents in the Jenin refugee camp to express themselves, especially concerning their closed-in existence imposed on them by the Israeli military.
This short film by Juliano Mer Khamis, the artistic director of the theatre itself, is reminiscent of the theatre his mother, Arna, created at the onset of the first Intifada, which the Israeli Army destroyed in 2002. The young girls speak up first and then the boys.
